The snow is melting

This week has been a fun week inside the house. It was pretty cold most of the week so we stayed bundled up but I managed to get a few pictures of the kids. The snow started melting yesterday and Micah has slowly watched the snowman melt. She said, "its falling to the ground mommy." Last night M came over and her and Micah had a blast playing together.

This is a cute little clip of Micah trying to get Luka to smile! She loves her little brother! I don't know if you can see it but she has a big smile on her face the whole time. Luka was laughing hard at her until we got the camera out and then he couldn't stop looking at the camera.

Snow Day!

We got up this morning and discovered a few inches of snow on the ground, so exciting. Micah kept saying, "Mommy look at the snowman." She didn't realize that the snow wasn't called a snowman, it was so funny. When I asked her if she wanted to play outside, she nearly jumped off the couch. She ran around the house so excited about playing in the "snowman." After waiting for Jason to get ready, they finally got to go out and make a snowman. Luka and I watched from the balcony of our house as they played. Micah had a ton of fun and wants to play more tomorrow. Jason doesn't really like being cold but he had just as much fun playing in the snow as Micah did. Jason is such an amazing Daddy. Maybe it will be there waiting for us to play tomorrow. Yeah, I get to go outside!!!!!

Luka slept most the day!

As the day progressed, the snow didn't stop and it was quite a sight for these Carolinian's!
Rumor has it that it's not done and that we're in for another 2-3 days of the same weather.

January Fun!

Today we spent family day at the mall and we had a ton of fun! Of course, a trip to the mall includes Starbucks and a ride on the train. The mall is usually very crowded on Saturdays and Sundays so we try to avoid going there but today we enjoyed the crowd. There are a few other random pictures of the kids in there as well. Enjoy! A Merry-Cation

So we had the opportunity to visit the States for Christmas this year and we had a blast! We were able to see some friends and also hang out with our families for a little bit. We even had a chance to visit some of our most favorite places in the world (yes, we're talking about Chick-fil-A). Anyway, thanks to all of you who helped to make this season bright (sorry, I couldn't resist the carol reference). We love all of you and were so thankful for taking time out of your busy holiday schedule to hang out with us.
